SERC
The Carnevale Lab is located in
Science
Education and Research Center (SERC), a brand new,
state-of-the-art building on Temple University's Main Campus. SERC provides 250,000 sq.
ft. of space to education and interdisciplinary research, with extensive expertise
in genomics, bioinformatics, computer science, structural biology, and material
science present on site.
Open Spaces
SERC spaces are designed with largely open floor plans
to foster interdisciplinary interactions and cooperation.
Our Offices
We are located on the secured 7th floor of SERC.
HPC
The Carnevale Lab relies on Temple's High-Performance Computing (HPC)
resources for molecular dynamics, machine learning, data visualization, and more. This includes Owl's Nest, a Linux
cluster with 6,464 total CPU cores and over 1.5PB of parallel storage.
